Why I love the cowboy’s school.
This is the ORGANIC garden headed by the Food For Life Educator and the Garden Club.
There are vegetables, flowers, grapes, and even an olive tree.
I love the juxtaposition of the flowers against the chain link fence.
There are at least 12 full and glorious sunflowers. And yes, that is rosemary in the foreground of the picture.
I have gained so much inspiration from this space.
A big yay for Baltimore City Public Schools!

my almost brand-new pink GPS that was stolen from my car tonight (yeeesss… I left it in the glove box) … tell the bastard that broke my window that I hope he finds his way with my Camilla.
And that he owes me 250.00 for the broken window. Bastard.

This is 8oz of BFL I dyed and spun up on my new Lendrum.
Pattern: Look How Pretty My Yarn is Shawl by my friend Michelle.
I added 3 extra repeats of the *yo,k2tog* repeat at the end for a little more of a lacy effect.
Gifted to my step-mom for her birthday. Happy Birthday Neenie!

My latest obsession is roasted beets. Look at that color… makes you want to eat some beets right now, eh?
I just learned a little olive oil, salt, and pepper goes a long, long way for flavor.
On a completely unrelated note:
The cowboy is working some Star Wars battle scenes out in his art. There are literally hundreds of these around my house.
Oi! Poor trees…..
