Perfection in Pictures
My latest obsession is roasted beets. Look at that color… makes you want to eat some beets right now, eh?
I just learned a little olive oil, salt, and pepper goes a long, long way for flavor.
On a completely unrelated note:
The cowboy is working some Star Wars battle scenes out in his art. There are literally hundreds of these around my house.

Yummy..I thought you were going to say this is what you used to dye the yarn. The color surely is awesome. Might make a great colorway.

I love them roasted! A little goat cheese also makes them extra yummy!

I love kid drawings. My daughter is Star Wars obsessed too but she leaves her inspiration around our house in the form of lego ships - not drawings. It’s much worse to find those by accident.
