OK friends…. looking fir some (ahem..) work out/ walking music.
Anyone have some good suggestions? I am totally in love with Fergie’s song “Clumsy”…
What else do I need to feed my ears with while I am moving my ass?

My two current faves, good for running. Not that I run, but I imagine if I were to run, these would be great!
Run (I’m a Natural Disaster) by Gnarls Barkley
Time to Pretend by MGMT

“Can’t get you out of my head” by Kylie Minogue
“Why don’t you get a job” by the Offspring.
I love walking to those 2 songs. I’m sure there are others, but those spring to mind right away!

And “Stronger” by Christina Aguilera
And “Crazy Train” by Ozzy
Oh, and “Bad Girls” by Donna Summer
and “pon the replay” by Rihanna
Umm that’s it for now…I think…

E-
I’ve been on a pretty strict workout plan for the last 18 months. Either doing light weights, a lot of cardio (including hiking) and playing sports.
I found that I like different music for different activities.
When I workout in a gym I like to listen to older hip-hop. I prefer Jay-Z, Talib Kweli, Tribe Called Quest etc. Hiking outdors is the time I get to clear my mind so I like to listen to songs I’ve heard a million times. i.e. John Butler Trio, Counting Crows, John Mellencamp, Rolling Stones etc.

My favorite work out song is “you had me” by Joss Stone. i don’t know why but there is something about that beat. If you have some time on the internet, you could try pandora.com and type in Fergie to hear other music that is similar. I’m totally addicted to Pandora!
